    Our Bach Flower Divination Cards were created 9 years ago, in 2008, by artistAlice Digby. For many years she had wanted to design some cards for theFlower Essencesthat not only depicted the beauty of the flowers and provided information, but that also had comforting or inspirational words to read.     Creating the cards helped aid my eventual recovery and, nine years on, I am so heartened to hear how my cards have also helped many more people like me.

    Being in a profound emotional state, at the time, I felt particularly able to tune-in to each of the 38 different emotions of Bachs Flowers (whether I wanted to or not!). I went through the gamut of emotions, from terror to depression, to lacking confidence and feeling overwhelmed. So when I was in, say, theSweet Chestnutframe of mind, I could really emathise with what kind of saying would comfort me a little.

    Back in 2008, after a deep emotional trauma, I would look to poems, affirmations and sayings to help comfort myself. I used these words to help lift me. I felt that – if someone in history had said an inspirational thing (which became a renowned quote) – this meant that that person too must have suffered in a similar way to me. It meant that I wasnt alone. I found this a comfort.

    What a joy to find some really beautiful, clear, sensitive and accurate Bach Flower Remedy Cards.They provide a perfect and uncanny suplement to my own choices of which Remedies to use.The supplier was a delight and service very prompt. Well done!
